The initial IGF product list of four items – sundried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, saffron, and pasta – was modest, particularly in comparison to the current list, which now boasts more than 7,000 products from all around the world. In expanding our product list, we seek out new and innovative goods that excite and inspire our customers. We also employ industry-trained Cheese and Pastry Specialists and a Corporate Chef Savory Specialist to provide ongoing education to our sales force.
